The role
This broad marketing leadership role will shape the overall marketing direction across a diverse portfolio, turning commercial priorities into focused plans that drive customer acquisition, engagement and growth. You will lead activity across brand, digital, social, campaigns, launches, partnerships and events, while managing budgets, agencies and marketing capability. Working closely with sales, commercial and operational teams, you will bring consistency, accountability and measurable performance to the marketing function.

You
• An established marketing leader from a multi-brand, retail, consumer or similarly fast-paced environment
• Commercially minded, with experience owning plans and marketing investment
• Broad knowledge across brand, digital, social, content and integrated campaigns
• A hands-on marketer with strong social media expertise and an excellent eye for creating engaging content.
• Experienced in leading people and getting the best from external partners
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, audiences and stakeholder expectations
• A credible and collaborative partner who builds strong relationships with sales teams
• Pragmatic and solutions-led, with the confidence to challenge constructively
• Able to bring ideas forward while remaining focused on practical delivery and results
• Comfortable moving between strategic leadership and detailed execution
